SemiCHASE VMB

ProtoLink developed an OPC server to communicate with SemiCHASE Valve Manifold Boxes (VMB), which are used in semiconductor manufacturing plants. The server was designed to support installations consisting of hundreds of VMBs distributed among several RS485 serial communication channels. To maximize throughput, separate threads of execution are dedicated to each communication channel.
