PBX Configuration via IP

ProtoLink modified a configuration and monitoring application employed by a manufacturer of PBX systems. The existing application communicated with the PBX systems over a telephone modem connection. ProtoLink modified relevant portions of the code to support communication via TCP/IP as well. Specifically, the Telnet protocol was used for data exchanges between the application and the PBX systems.
